Account Information

Account data is stored securely via Firebase Authentication and retained for the lifetime of your account.

Uploaded Content

• Product images — Uploaded for ad generation
• Brand assets — Logos or additional imagery you provide

Uploaded images are stored temporarily and deleted after 7 days by default. Enterprise customers may opt into extended retention.

Generated Outputs

• Hero images — AI-generated product visuals
• Video ads — Motion assets created from your inputs

Generated outputs are available for download for 30 days, then automatically deleted unless you save them locally.

Usage Metadata

• Generation parameters — Ad type, tags, camera motion, duration selections
• Timestamps — When you create and access content
• Session data — For service operation and billing purposes

Technical Data

• IP address — For security and rate limiting
• Browser/device information — For compatibility and debugging
• Error logs — Aggregated and anonymized for service improvement

• Video generation providers — Creates motion assets (receives generated images)

AI providers receive only the minimum data necessary for processing. They do not receive your account information, and we do not share your data for their training purposes.

Storage

• Cloud storage — Temporary hosting of uploads and generated content

Data Retention & Deletion

Important: Internal prompts and processing artifacts are not stored or archived. We generate prompts dynamically and do not retain them after processing completes.
